When a seller lists an item in animal.my, they acknowledge that they have reviewed and understand all listing details before posting. Buyer Responsibilities

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to edit a business name that does not align with content uploaded to the member’s account, such as their logo, contact information, or other provided details. In the event of a dispute regarding the use of a name deemed inconsistent with other representations of the business, proof of legal business registration may be requested for review and verification.

Animal Listings

Listing Guidelines: Sellers must provide accurate and complete information about the animals they list, including species, age, health status, and any relevant legal requirements.

Prohibited Listings: The following are not permitted:

• Endangered or protected species
• Animals requiring permits or licenses without the necessary documentation
• Animals obtained illegally

Payments and Transactions

All payments and transactions conducted on animal.my are strictly between the buyer and seller. Animal.my does not process payments, mediate disputes, or assume any responsibility for the financial aspects of transactions. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, security, and completion of their transactions.
